Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

Refunds or returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or not as described. It is important that the product is inspected at the time of delivery. If there are any issues, you must return the product on the same day of delivery.


Important Guidelines

  • Check at Delivery: Please inspect your item upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition and matches your order. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery person and returned on the same day.

  • Video Proof: In case of a damaged item, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the product. This video will serve as evidence for your refund or return request. Without video proof, we cannot process a refund or return.

Here’s how we handle returns in different situations:


Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, don’t worry! We’ll arrange a free pickup (where available) of the incorrect item, or you can courier it to our office.

  • The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging, sealed in its original condition, and include all supporting documentation and accessories.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will verify it and dispatch the correct item within 24-48 hours.


Damaged Goods Received
If your SPDealz product arrives damaged, you can claim a replacement. However, it is essential to provide video proof of the damage.

  • Please record a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This video will serve as proof that you received a damaged item.

  • Important: Failure to provide video proof or submit it after unboxing the product will invalidate your claim.


How to Request a Return

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange within 24-48 hours.
